Overall Solid, some rust on the cap bolts but no dings or dents to the stem itself as no hammer marks or scars on the lower. Needs a bit of cleaning and was pulled off a 1985 GT M1 barn find that had been sitting a couple of decades. See pictures for condition and item sold as is.
